      Sometimes the releasing of the old gives you challenges that you wonder are worth it and while they are in the long run they are not always fun during the process. Don't be deterred from these challenges as they are important for you. This will help bring forth the amazing new insights and ideas that you want to implement in you life.  If you need, set aside time for things to germinate, then please do make a commitment and do it as solutions will come when you find space to let go and release it. Walk away from any dishonest associations and see what is actually the best choice for your life and when you felt the happiest.      So much is taking place energetically in the world and within us. We are being challenged on every front, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We are being pushed, pulled, and squeezed, all of our stuff is coming up and we have a choice to deal with it or squash it back down.      For many contracts are coming to an end or are being renegotiated. Contracts are agreements that we have with others. Contracts end or change when the core lesson has been healed or experienced as it was meant to. These can be small relationships such as acquaintances or large ones such as with your mate.  The reason this is happening is because you are not who you were. Your vibration is rising and that changes everything. If your current contracts are not reflective of your new self, then they must end or be renegotiated.       For some, contracts ending can appear forced upon you as they appear suddenly and change...

      Master, what do when we are restless and confused, with a feeling that  everything needs to be done and everything is out of place ... having trouble to meditate to purify these energies?       Dear one begin doing NOTHING, tell your mind that there is nothing to do, everything is right as it is ... and observe your mind in this moment. In silence watch it; it will gives you a to-do list ... observe if they are important. Write it down making a list, so that you can leave those thoughts to your mind ..... then try again: There's nothing to do everything is perfect the way it is now ...       Make lists as many times as necessary, also write concerns about past and future, do it as a real detective work, but the goal will be wipe out the thoughts ... put them on the list to simply  forget them. You do not need a list to be who you are, you are what you are and never what you should do ... right n...

Allow for change and opportunities Now that you have asked your angels and guides to help you be open to receive guidance and assistance as they are working with you and for you always. Trust your insights and feelings as these are the answers to your prayers. Release any fear or doubt for when  you release these feelings it allows for things to begin moving forward. Take the steps you feel are bringing you closer to goals and expect the unexpected, without stating what that should be. There is a spiritual teacher who is waiting to help guide you and keep you focused on your path. Being consciously open signifies positive change in your life and is the catalyst for the next stage.  Notice any thoughts and feelings you have about yourself and your life through your dreams, meditations and introspection.
